HOW TO GET STARTED!

1. CHOOSE

CHOOSE a training schedule and payment plan that best meets your needs. Starting late? No problem! After making a $100 online deposit, we will pro-rate your remaining balance. Class substitutions and online classes are always available. For best results, we recommend training 3 times each week.

2. COMMIT

COMMIT by enrolling online. The non-refundable, $100 deposit will hold your space as we limit our class size to 10 participants. *Please see our Covid-19 Protocols for more information.

3. CONSULT

CONSULT with FWH prior to your first training to relay any past injuries, concerns and future goals. Enroll online and sit tight, we'll call YOU!

4. SHOW UP

CHANGE won't happen without consistency. Showing up in body and mind gives you access to guidance, accountability, and encouragement, moving you toward your goals.

5. SHARE

SHARE your experience with your family, fwh tribe, community and beyond. As part of the FWH Tribe, receive direct access to your trainer and support team throughout your training semester.
