  • SEMESTER SCHEDULE: August 10 – December 18. 19 weeks / 55 sessions
    • Friday, October 9 & 12 (Fall Break)
    • Friday, November 27 (Thanksgiving Break)
  • TOTAL COST INCLUDING DEPOSIT: $895 (varies with start date)
    • An online, non-refundable deposit must be paid to reserve your spot. The balance or next payment is due week 1 of training.
    • If starting after August 10, complete online $100 registration. Remaining balance will be pro-rated ($16/class) based on your start date and is payable in studio.
  • TRAINING TIMES: Choose a weekly schedule that works best for you. *online workouts available when you need them! Make it a goal to train 3 times/week!
  • MIN/MAX CAPACITY: FWH reserves the right to cancel a class prior to the start date if registration does not meet the minimum participation requirements. Those already registered will have the opportunity to transfer to another class or service, or, receive a full refund.
