Our trainings are designed to meet 3 times each week for 15-20 weeks (closely following the WCS calendar) and 8 weeks in the summer. Semester enrollment promotes commitment, accountability, and maximum health benefits including weight loss, improved cardiovascular condition, increased lean muscle mass and overall emotional health. Your results are our reputation! In our experience, semester enrollment is the best means of providing flexibility and support to help you reach or maintain your health and fitness goals.

Relax, if your week gets crazy, please jump in another training! We always allow class substitutions! It is our goal that you train 3 times each week for maximum health benefits.
