I started at Franklin Wheelhouse a little over 2 years ago. I was hoping to lose weight, get stronger and feel better. Through the group trainings, nutrition program, and with constant encouragement and accountability from a wonderful authentic group of people, I lost 100 pounds and 76 inches. I have been able to maintain my weight by choosing a healthy lifestyle for myself.
I have maintained a 30 pound weight loss for a year and feel so much stronger. My arthritis symptoms have improved and I no longer have the need for ibuprofen each day.
